1. Both arms are folded across the body and the head is tucked forward. Stay relaxed!!! | 2. Keep your head tucked and look toward a slapping hand. Arch your back a little to help you roll back. With that motion, you will keep rolling back toward a shoulder. | |||
3. Pick a shoulder to roll over and tuck your head to the opposite side so that you do not roll over your head. | 4. As you come up, prop your leg and keep your hands in a ready position to quickly defend yourself. |
