INSIDE BENT ARMLOCK WITH A STRAIGHT ARMBAR:
This technique can be performed from a punch or
a single hand push. If a right punch is coming, step and block to
the inside of the attacker. Block you opponents right arm
with your left, grab by their elbow with your right hand and pull
their bent arm up so that their left shoulder is raised, making a
punch from that hand weaker. Then slip your right arm in and
grab their face. At the same time, kick the back of their
leg, by the knee, with your right leg, and throw them down.
To finish the technique, press into their pressure point on the
neck with your right hand and bend their right arm over your
kneeling leg to go for the armbar. |
