1. We both start in neutral stance. | 2. Attacker steps forward to set up for a punch. | |||
3. Fade with your upper body as to avoid a strike and throw a shin roundhouse kick to the attacker's outer thigh. Strike the pressure point on the leg. | 1. Start in a neutral stance. | |||
2. Attacker steps back to make a space and ready himself for a kick. | 3. Come forward and keep your upper body back a bit as you strike the outer thigh with a shin roundhouse kick. Aim for the pressure point on the side of the leg. |
