CROSS ARMBAR: MOUNT

1.  This is a cross armbar from the mount.  Here, the opponent is being thrown with a modern outside reap. 2.
3.  Go onto the mount. 4.  When the opponent pushes up, gather the arm and lift up your right knee.  Push their face down.
5.  Flip your leg over and sit back for the cross armbar.  Always break the arm towards the opponent's pinky finger.
