1. This is a cross armbar from the guard. Here, the attacker is throwing a major inside reap. | 2. Once you fall back, control the attacker's hips, gather the arm, and control the neck so that you can balance them. | |||
3. Lift them up. | 4. Flip your legs so that they fall down into an armbar position. This flip can be tricky:) |
