1.  This is a cross armbar from the guard.  Here, the attacker is throwing a major inside reap. 2.  Once you fall back, control the attacker's hips, gather the arm, and control the neck so that you can balance them.
3.  Lift them up. 4.  Flip your legs so that they fall down into an armbar position.  This flip can be tricky:)
